None of Al Jazeera’s news articles refer to the terrorists who attacked Mumbai in November 2008 as terrorists. They are referred to as “attackers”, “fighters” and “people” but never as terrorists. This article shamelessly puts the word terrorists in quotes:
RK Raghavan, a former chief of India’s Central Bureau of Investigation, pointed to claims that the police have seized a mobile phone which the “terrorists” used for communication with unidentified contacts in Pakistan.
